12/11/06 To Who it may concern Hello my name is Ann Moses and I have been married twenty-seven years. We live in the same apartment twenty years we had has always held a jobs. We moved into our first home seven years ago everything seemed fine till this past April something happened my husband changed he wanted to be in the dark all the time and not open the window blinds and was closing up inside of himself. He had surgery in March for a hernia. My husband became very quite and drown up inside, he grow facial hair he never had before he starting wearing a hat all the time and not talking much he lost a lot of weight. His right hand he would leave it tight in drawn up and not use it much. I did have brain scans down to see if he had a stroke or something else was wrong it came back normal. He will talk to himself and he would walk a lot and when he walk he walk hard and angry. About five week ago he set outside in a bad rainstorm all night and wouldn’t come in. The next day I really began to notice more changes in him. Thing he loved to do in life he no longer cared about. I called the police to get him to the hospital to see if they can assist him in getting help of his mental problems he was having. He would not go for me and he needed help. He would put his hands over is ears and his head down and didn’t want to hear the truth about the way he was acting and the hospital couldn’t help him till he hurt me or himself or someone else. The next night it all came to a blow it was about 1:30 am on Sunday morning and someone was knocking on the front door when I opened the door it was the police department and they wanted to know if that was my husband at the end of the driveway on his hand and knees barking like a dog and someone had called them he could be heard a block away and had been barking about a half hour. My husband was put in the police car and taken back to the hospital it took eight men to get him in the hospital. He was in a full body restraint and barking and saying kill me over and over the power he had that night was on real his eyes were red and he was staring straight ahead. He was taken to mental hospital were he stayed for five days. He was sent home with medicine. I don’t know what has happened to my husband I know I love him and we need help! Everything with him is getting better but now we need help with money we have about eighteen thousand in medical bill and behind in our house payment is there help out there. Sincerely Ann Moses
